Meet Lizette Ibarra

Lizette Ibarra—known by many as La Jefa—is an executive search leader, entrepreneur, women's advancement advocate, and passionate tennis player.
She discovered the sport at 40, and it quickly became her anchor for resilience, balance, and connection. Moved by the profound impact tennis had on her own journey, she founded The Jefa Way Societyâ„¢ to inspire more women to harness the power of movement as a catalyst for leadership, confidence and transformation in life.
